Joining a spot
from an invite
How to open an invite from someone you know and join the spot for a place you already go.

Three ways to receive an invite
Ask whoever is inviting you to send one of these.
Invite link
Open the link they sent you in a message.
Invite code
Type the 8-character code into the app.
QR code
Scan the QR code shown on their screen.
How to join
Open the invite
Tap the invite link. If you were given a code instead, tap on the home screen and enter the 8 characters. A QR code can be read from the same screen with .
Check the spot
Look at the spot name and who invited you. Make sure the invite came from someone you know, then use the button at the bottom of the screen.
Confirm you are in
On an auto-approve spot, adds you straight away. On a spot that requires approval, tap and wait for the owner.
Sending a request does not yet show you what is inside the spot. Once the owner approves, you become a member and the spot appears on your home screen.
If you cannot join
The invite is not found, or shows as expired
The code may be wrong, or the invite may no longer be valid. Ask the person who invited you to send a fresh link or code.
It says you have already requested to join
Your request was sent. Wait for the owner to approve it.
The QR code will not scan
Allow camera access, or type in the 8-character invite code shown under the QR code.
