Deleting your fUat account and data
This page explains how to delete the account you registered with fUat, and the data linked to it.
Delete from inside the app
- Open fUat, then go to My Page → Delete account.
- Follow the prompt, type the confirmation, then tap Delete account.
If you already removed the app, or want to request it another way
If the app is already uninstalled, or you only want certain data removed, email us.

What gets deleted, and how long anything is kept
- Display name, email address, avatar image, check-ins, comments, spots you created, invite links: deleted immediately
- Audit logs (a hashed user ID only): kept for up to 7 years to meet legal requirements. They are not kept in a form that identifies a person
Individual deletion requests are handled within 30 days, under the GDPR and Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
